Silent destinies and situations must speak forth this year in Jesus’ name.

Today’s Focus:

The Right People, New Ideas, New Vision, and Divine Knowledge

Subtopic: Me & My Church

Scripture Reference:
Exodus Chapters 31, 32, 39, & 40

Message

I have read the book of Exodus many times, but God’s Word brings new inspiration every day. This time, while reading the last two chapters, the Lord struck my mind with fresh insight.

He said, “What happened here is what My servants need in order to work with Me without stress.” Furthermore, I discovered what faithful co-leaders and members in the church need from these passages.

In Exodus 25:8-9, God called Moses to Himself on Mount Horeb, instructing him to build a sanctuary so that He could dwell among His people. He provided specific instructions for how it should be done.

In Exodus 31:1-11, God revealed that He had appointed and equipped the right people with wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and ideas through His Spirit to carry out the work.

In Exodus 39:32-43, when all the work was finished, the workers brought it to Moses for inspection. Verse 43 notes that Moses saw their work was well done, and he blessed them.

In Exodus 40:33-34, the Scripture states that Moses finished the work, and God’s Spirit descended upon the sanctuary.

Similarly, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, 13-15, 26-30 emphasizes the importance of diverse spiritual gifts working together for one purpose.
Ephesians 4:11-12 ratifies this, explaining that God has given apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and the edification of the body of Christ.

Key Lessons

A man of God does not need to know or do everything when there are right people who work selflessly, without jealousy or rebellion, to accomplish God’s purpose.

Many gifts are in one place, working together like the branches of a tree or the parts of a body. This unity ensures the work is done perfectly and to the glory of God (Ephesians 4:11-12; 1 Corinthians 12:4).

Moses succeeded because God surrounded him with the right people. These individuals were equipped with extraordinary gifts to carry out God’s instructions.

Practical Applications

In today’s world, people like Thomas Edison, Mark Zuckerberg, and Bill Gates have used their ideas to transform lives. Sadly, many miss out on opportunities because of jealousy, selfishness, pride, or arrogance.

Faithful men like Elisha, Joshua, and others stood by their leaders, and God elevated them.

In conclusion, Moses’ success was rooted in the right people God placed around him. These individuals became extraordinary and their names remain relevant in the Bible.

Prayer Points

  1. Lord, make me the right man/woman who will look unto You and work for You and this ministry with my full capacity (Exodus 31:1).
  2. Father, don’t let me be too busy to miss Your purpose for my life in 2025 (2 Timothy 4:10).
  3. Oh Lord, don’t let me be controlled by the flesh but by Your Spirit, for those led by the flesh cannot please God (Romans 8:14).
  4. Father, I rebuke the spirit of stinginess toward Your work. Teach me to release my resources to serve You (Deuteronomy 8:18; Haggai 1:5-9).
  5. Lord, make me like Bezalel and Aholiab in this generation, knowing that everything I do is for Your glory (Romans 14:8).
  6. Father, never allow me to encounter people like Judas in Your house. Protect me from deceit and help me serve You faithfully (Jeremiah 48:10).
  7. Father, give me new wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to do Your work and to rule my world for Your glory (Exodus 31:3).
  8. Show me the mystery of Your power, and take me to new spiritual levels. Let my gifts bring me to light like Joseph (Genesis 41:38-40).
  9. Activate the gifts in my life and let them make me great like Daniel in a foreign land (Daniel 1:17, 6:3).
  10. Father, expose the riches of Your glory to me and my children. Launch us into doing marvelous and great things that will change our lives (Ephesians 3:16-20).

Prophetic Declaration

I prophesy to you, oh month of November, that I and my family shall not be swallowed by you. We will go through you with joy and happiness.
No evil in November shall touch me, my family, or our church in Jesus’ name.

I decree that only good things in November shall be our portion, and I declare confidently that I am breaking forth this year in Jesus’ mighty name.

Amen.
